What is FISK's Cashback system about?

You would earn 1% of total purchase as a form of cashback credit with every purchase.
Delivery fee is excluded from cashback calculation.

How do I earn cashback credit?

Log in or create an account and make a purchase.
You will enjoy a minimum 1% cashback of your total purchase.

Please note the following:

  1. Delivery and re-delivery charges don’t qualify for cashback credit.
  2. If you didn’t log in or create an account, you won’t receive cashback credit.
When will my cashback be credited to my account?

You would receive your cashback after our delivery is completed.

Where can I check my cashback balance?

Log in to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” which is located at the top right of the page, then click on “My Cashback”. You will then be able to check your transactions and cashback value.

How do I use my cashback credit?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Cart page once you are done shopping.
  3. Select “Use Available Cashback Balance” before you place your order.

What is the validity of my cashback credit?

Cashback credit will expire after 365 days from the date you were credited.

I have made a purchase, why don’t I see any cashback credited?

You might not have logged in when you were placing an order OR you didn’t create an account when/before you placed your order OR you have chosen PayLah/PayNow/Bank Transfer as your payment method.

I don’t want to have an account anymore, can you refund my cashback?

Cashback Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, vouchers and to a third party whom is not the account holder.

Why have my cashback disappeared?

Cashback will not be in your account for the following reasons:

  1. We have refunded you on an item.
  2. We have cancelled your order.
