FISK’s Cashback
You would earn 1% of total purchase as a form of cashback credit with every purchase.
Delivery fee is excluded from cashback calculation.
Log in or create an account and make a purchase.
You will enjoy a minimum 1% cashback of your total purchase.
Please note the following:
- Delivery and re-delivery charges don’t qualify for cashback credit.
- If you didn’t log in or create an account, you won’t receive cashback credit.
You would receive your cashback after our delivery is completed.
Log in to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” which is located at the top right of the page, then click on “My Cashback”. You will then be able to check your transactions and cashback value.


- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Cart page once you are done shopping.
- Select “Use Available Cashback Balance” before you place your order.

Cashback credit will expire after 365 days from the date you were credited.
You might not have logged in when you were placing an order OR you didn’t create an account when/before you placed your order OR you have chosen PayLah/PayNow/Bank Transfer as your payment method.
Cashback Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, vouchers and to a third party whom is not the account holder.

Cashback will not be in your account for the following reasons:
- We have refunded you on an item.
- We have cancelled your order.
