How do you ensure the freshness of my goods?

With every home delivery to ensure the freshness of Fresh and Frozen Products, all of our fresh/frozen products are vacuum packed and sealed right after being processed.Chilled products will be packed in a foam box with ice and frozen products will be packed in a carton box with ice pack.

How do I amend or cancel my order?

(Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm) for any amendments as we can attend to them immediately.

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is processed.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. Please check all items upon receiving. If products delivered are damage or incorrect, our delivery guys will take necessary actions on site. If not, please contact us within 24 hours at(Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm). We will make necessary arrangements depending on the situation.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You will be receiving emails notifying you the status of your order or you can log in to your account to check.

Do I need to be at home to receive the goods?

There needs to be someone present who can receive and check on the purchases. As products are perishable, they need to be kept in the refrigerator immediately after receiving.
If in the event that no one is home to accept your delivery, we will bring your purchases back to be kept chilled. An additional fee of $15 will be imposed for re-delivery.

How long can I preserve the products?

We would highly recommend our customers to keep in the chiller if it is intended for use within 2-3 days. You can also freeze your fish immediately upon delivery; the quality remains good even after a few weeks when kept well frozen.

Do you provide customizations for my seafood order?

We have a variety of cuts for our fresh and frozen seafood available to select on our website.

Which areas do you deliver?

We deliver island wide in Singapore and Sentosa from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. One order is strictly to be delivered to one location.

Can I select a specific time for delivery?

At the moment, we deliver Monday to Saturday with the following time slots: 9am – 1pm and 1pm – 6pm.
