Neri Uni Carbonara / 練りうにのカルボナーラ
The saltiness of the sea urchin and the scent of the shore spread abundantly. The spring onions are colorful and serve as a flavor effect.
-Ingredients (For 2 people)
・ 150g Pasta
・ 2 eggs
・ 2 teaspoons of Neri Uni
・ 4pcs of Spring Onions()
・ 1.5 teaspoons of salt
・ A little Black pepper
– Instruction –
- Put 2-3 liters of water in a large saucepan, cover and heat over high heat. Cut off the root of the fine onion and cut it to a width of 2 to 3 mm from the edge.
- When the water in the pot boils, remove the lid and add salt and pasta in that order. Submerge the pasta in hot water, start the timer according to the time indicated on the bag, set it to medium heat, and boil it with occasional mixing.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Put the sea urchin in a large bowl and add the beaten egg little by little to mix.~Points~
Add the beaten egg to the sea urchin and mix to make it smooth.
- When the pasta is boiled, raise it and drain it. Add to the bowl and mix well. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with cut Spring onions and sprinkle with black pepper.
