Gindara Nitsuke is a classic, traditional Japanese home cooked dish where Gindara fillets are simmered in a sauce along with ginger.
Tender and flavorful, it goes very well with steamed rice!
Gindara has rich buttery white flesh with almost as many omega 3 fatty acids as wild salmon.

About Gindara Nitsuke :
**DO NOT COOK in MICROWAVE**
*After thawing Gindara Nitsuke, cook it in a bag in boiling water for 10 minutes (15 minutes if frozen).
*Gindara Nitsuke cannot be cooked in a microwave oven.
*If the bag touches the pot, it may melt and make a hole.
*GIndara Nitsuke must be cooked inside the package, so please cook it without opening the package.
*After cooking, the product will be very hot. Take care to avoid burns when handling.
*Serve in a bowl.
Gindara Nitsuke has bones, so please be careful when eating.
Please adjust the cooking time when cooking more than two packs.
Do not refreeze thawed products. It may damage the flavor.
-GIndara Nitsuke contains ingredients made from soybeans.
-The best-before date is when the product is unopened and stored in the manner indicated.
-If the product is cooked and the package is opened, please consume it as soon as possible.
