Hollandaise is a classic French sauce and the basis for many butter sauces – such as béarnaise.
Hollandaise sauce has a mild and creamy taste and is perfect for fish, shellfish and vegetables.
- Melt 75 g margarine / butter in a saucepan and stir in the contents of the bag.
- Add 200ml water and 50ml milk. Bring to it boil while stirring.
- Let the sauce cook for 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
