Directions for use
Recommended defrosting method: Slowly defrost the product in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Alternatively rinse under cold running water until the completly washing of the glaze layer. After defrosting dry & season the product. Consumption only after heat treatment:
Pan frying:
fry on a hot oil for about ~ 10 minutes (turn sides from time to time)
Boiling in a pot:
boil in a hot water for abour ~ 7 minutes
Oven baking:
preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the product on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and bake for about ~ 25 minutes
