Snow Crab Meat is delicious on its own, tender, and sweet. The claws of snow crabs are very delicious because they move a lot.

NOTE : Store at -18 ℃ or below. Consume within 24 hrs of defrosting. Do not refreeze after product has been defrosted. Even our best efforts, some pieces of shell and cartilages may remain.

*Please do not defrost in boiling water or in the microwave.
*Consume as soon as possible after defrosting.
*Please avoid eating raw.

Snow Crab is named for its meat, which turns from red to snowy white when cooked and boasts a sweet, subtly briny flavor. The texture is firm and tends to be more fibrous (easily shredding into pieces).

How To Defrost Snow Crab

(1) Defrosting with running water
Since it is raw frozen, put it in a plastic bag as it is in the pack, or put it in a plastic bag as much as you want to eat, and thaw it while running tap water. It can be thawed in 5 minutes.
Note) Please be aware that if you put the crab directly into the water, the taste will be lost.

(2) Defrost inside the refrigerator
Place it to the refrigerator and leave it to defrost. It can be thawed in 1 to 3 hours.

*Please do not defrost in boiling water or in the microwave.
*Consume as soon as possible after defrosting.
*Please avoid eating raw.
