Snow Crab Meat is delicious on its own, tender, and sweet. Snow Crab Meat can be used in either cold or hot recipes.
NOTE : Store at -18 ℃ or below. Consume within 24 hrs of defrosting. Do not refreeze after product has been defrosted. Even our best efforts, some pieces of shell and cartilages may remain.

Snow Crab is named for its meat, which turns from red to snowy white when cooked and boasts a sweet, subtly briny flavor. The texture is firm and tends to be more fibrous (easily shredding into pieces).

How To Defrost Snow Crab
To safely thaw Snow Crab, place the Snow Crab in the refrigerator overnight so it can thaw out gradually.
This is the best way to preserve the Snow Crab flavor and texture.
