FISK is B2C brand online platform of Snorre Food Singapore. All Products are sold-to, provided, manufactured and sourced by Snorre Food.
Snorre Food does not accept and /or process back Orders. If one or more items on your order are not in-stock and/or not available, Snorre Food will use commercially reasonable efforts to locate the item or a suitable alternative, or that item will be removed from the order and the balance of the order will be shipped.
You shall agree and acknowledge that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by you shall be conclusive, and you will waive all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from Snorre Food.
Snorre Food will deliver the order to your specified shipping destination so long as your order is received by the cut-off time on business days. Any order submitted on non-business days, or after the cut-off time on business days, will be deemed received on the next business day.
You are responsible for any charges, penalties and or fees imposed by shipping/logistic companies resulting from incorrect shipping information or change of delivery date or address. Any order cancellations or changes must be communicated by the order cut-off time via the Website or as otherwise directed by FISK. Snorre Food will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor order cancellations or changes, but cannot guarantee changes to an order after submittal.
If you are an individual purchasing products for personal, non-commercial consumption, Snorre Food will charge your credit card or other form of tender for the list price of the products in each Order, plus shipping (where applicable), and/or taxes, as applicable.

- For urgent orders, please call us at +65 82 99 24 66 (Whatsapp). Urgent orders will be charged at $15.00.
- The customer shall receive the goods by the agreed delivery date.
- If the customer defaults on taking receipt of the goods, or has given inaccurate delivery information, we may at our own option and at the customer's expense, re-arrange another date for delivery at $15.
- If the customer defaults on taking receipt of the goods, we shall not be liable for accidental or loss or damage to the products.
Returns & Refunds
Snorre Food strives to provide you with the very best experience each and every time you order from the Website.
Snorre Food will not accept returns of fresh products, frozen products, marinated products, packaged products and will require photographic evidence of any complaints. Snorre Food uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and images of products are as accurate as possible. Snorre Food does not warrant that the descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a credit or refund of the funds actually paid for such Product. Determination of credits or refunds will be made by Snorre Food.
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online. If there are cancellations to be made, a 5% transactional fee will apply.
Refunds are at the discretion of Snorre Food and will be reimbursed via the same method of payment within 30 days.
Once payment has been received, Snorre Food reserves the right to proceed or post-pone or cancel the order. Snorre Food will be reimbursed the amount via the same method of payment within 30 days.
Any images, illustrations, texts, remarks, comments, tips on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property worldwide. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
The Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.
